Legend-Caption not well shown in IE8 (fix completed in vcs)

As per IRC, in IE8 the captions of the white boxes are not well displayed in IE8.
I just copied the parts from adm/styles/admin.css.

The screengrab is after the fix? Because I don't see any difference between your screengrab and what displays in FF3. :?

The Screen is IE8 before the fix.

This one is after the fix.
See the white background going over the top-line in the first screen

OK, I see the issue now.

The phpBB admin css is what we originally had there, but I felt that it wasn't large enough, so I adjusted it to make the font size bigger. I think I changed the margins too.
