UNKNOWN_MOD_AUTHOR-NOTES (fix completed in vcs)
When no author notes it shows as UNKNOWN_MOD_AUTHOR-NOTES.

Yes, that's a consequence of two things:
1) I forgot to add the lang strings
2) The language comparison code, which will return "unknown". $tag_name if there is nothing specified for the user's language.
Fixing this involves fixing #1, I think.
