Posts which are currently on the moderation queue are showing up when you visit the main forums feed. You can see the post content in the feed but when you click on the post url, you get taken to a page saying "The requested topic does not exist."

The first report of this issue appeared after the 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 upgrade. We are now on 3.0.7-PL1 (I can't confirm if it was present before that)

The only modifications we have made are to the Forums styles and very minimal at that. (Registration page and in-line ads)

The files you linked to are dead. I am entirely unable to reproduce this issue.

My steps:

Download phpBB 3.0.7-PL1
Install phpBB 3.0.7-PL1 with standard settings
I go to ACP -> General -> Feed settings
I select Enable Feeds and submit
The forum feed now shows exactly one entry:
Your first forum • Welcome to phpBB3
I log out
I register a new account "user" and log in
I post a reply to the existing topic, it goes on moderation queue
I post a new topic, it goes on moderation queue
The ATOM feed still only displays the one visible post and none of my new ones
I log out.

Please tell me what other settings you have made that have an impact on this?
