Module enabled/disabled log entries should include module name (fix completed in vcs)
If an administrator enables or disables a module (using the quick links, not through the "edit module" page), the generated log entry only reads "Module enabled" or "Module disabled". It would be useful to also include the module name as it is done for other actions like module added/removed/edited.
