Warn User (fix completed in vcs)
When a moderator issues a warning (via the warn user system) a link is automatically inserted so that the user can go to the offensive post. However the provided link takes the warned user to the top of the page - not to the specific post in question. It needs to reference the exact post if there are (for example) 20 posts per page.
