Resync statistics does not reset latest user (fix completed in vcs)
One would think that resynchronizing statistics, including the total number of users, would also resynchronize the latest registered user. Unfortunately, it doesn't do that, which could cause a link to a nonexistent user to be displayed on the forum index.
