NO_TOPICS_SELECTED should be NO_TOPIC_SELECTED (fix completed in vcs)
In "includes/mcp/mcp_main.php", the function "mcp_fork_topic()" uses the language key "NO_TOPICS_SELECTED", which doesn't exist. This should be "NO_TOPIC_SELECTED".
