accessing the MCP without permission should trigger an error (fix completed in vcs)
Accessing the MCP as a normal user without the permission of a moderator you recieve "MODULE_NOT_EXIST" instead of an error message like "You are not allowed to access the MCP". When adding a forum id to the URL (mcp.php?f=x) the user sees some options of the MCP whereat selecting them result again in "MODULE_NOT_EXIST".
