m_* permissions set to 1 for founder (fix completed in vcs)
After setting all moderator permissions to Unset for the founder $auth->acl_get('m_') still returns 1. m_warn, m_lock and m_approve also return 1 while e.g. m_ban returns 0. The founder has no moderator role assigned and all local and global moderator permissions set to Unset
