The language string 'QUOTE' is in language/en/viewtopic.php but that file is not included when replying to pm's in UCP. Thus the title for the quote-button in message-history will show as { QUOTE } username.

To reproduce:
Open a received PM.
Click on Reply or Forward
Scroll down and hover over the "Quote" button in the message history.
