Moving Global announcement no longer appears 'globally' (fix completed in vcs)

Although this issue is closely related to Bug #3978.
It involves the use of the MCP.

Moving a Global Announcement from one forum to another forum disables it's Global Announcement capabilities.
Although it is still set to topic_type = 3
The announcement will only display in the forum you move it to, (unless you selected to display the "shadow" topic)

Global announcements should not be able to be moved in the first instance. Since they appear in every forum it is unlogical to be able to move it. Smile

Actually this makes perfect sense, if I want to move a Global Announcement I probably don't want it to be global any longer but in the forum I move it to, saves one step from converting into announcement and moving afterwards.

Okay... makes sense to me as well... but it's still marked as a "global" announcement even if you move it.

Also, the other way to do it would be to go to the forum you only want it to appear in, and change it to announcement. Smile

So... not a bug?

Seems like a good feature / idea!
