To duplicate this error:
1. Post two replies by a user that requires post approval in the same topic.
2. Move all posts by the user to another forum (either by splitting, or via the ACP move all posts option).
3. Go to the MCP Main Page and select the two posts by the user under "Latest 5 posts awaiting approval".
4. Disapprove those two posts.
