Link to topic in approval queue gives "Topic does not exist" (fix completed in vcs)
If a post is waiting approval, a link to that post leads to "Topic does not exist" when followed by a user who DOES have the permission to approve.

I right click on the topic title of an unapproved topic and select Copy link location. I post that link on IRC or PM it to a Team Member who has the permission to approve posts. When that person clicks the link, they get "Topic does not exist".

Not tested, but I think this is the solution:
