Your message is to short, when there is no text. the QR + FR is not the suggested button-combination to reply with the full-editor from viewtopic.

The "Full Editor" button is actually the "Preview" button, that's why you get that error.
So it's not really switching but just submitting a preview. I think this will not be fixed because if you haven't typed anything you should press the "Post Reply" button.

Yeap, same notice here...
I, in test area, wrote:If you open qr and then, before writing anything, decide to do to full editor, the normal reply opens but you also get an error message :"Your message contains too few characters."
If, however you write something and then decide to click "Full Editor", no error message appears, but you also get a preview of the post (perhaps that's the reason of the "Your message contains too few characters." error in the first place ?)

It's kinda difficult to accept that this is by design, though...

It reuses the preview function, the solution is to remove the 'full editor' button but this is a step backwards. ;)

We could use refresh instead of preview.

IMO this is a valid concern. The button is not doing what the user expects. ;) It should be renamed to state what to expect if pressed.
