3.0.6 RC1 reCAPTCHA login error (fix completed in vcs)

When a users exeeds the maximum number of login attempts the reCAPTCHA fails to work.
Even though you type in the correct confirmation code, the reCAPTCHA fails to recognize it and just reloads as it was the wrong confirmation code.
