In certian cases, there is given a auth denied message, while in other cases a loginbox is given. This possible should be modified so all have the same behavior.

[10:44:03] <@paul|laptop> rxu: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/49525#post185965
[10:50:00] <rxu> Let me look, Paul...
[10:51:58] <rxu> well, can't reproduce it on phpbb.com
[10:52:49] <rxu> it works as intended
[10:53:20] <rxu> maybe something else is the reason for staffordforum.eu?
[10:54:58] <@paul|laptop> rxu: I suppose the reason is that guests cant use the search function at all (permission based)
[10:55:01] <@paul|laptop> while they can at .com
[10:55:41] <rxu> so it's ok I guess?
[10:55:56] <@paul|laptop> rxu: No idea really
[10:56:07] <@paul|laptop> Its a different behavior as the fixed bug :/
[10:56:26] <rxu> I think that the logic is fine if guests are not permitted to use search
[10:57:09] <rxu> you'll get the same result for egosearch
[10:57:11] <rxu> http://staffordforum.eu/nl/search.php?s ... =egosearch
[10:57:18] <@paul|laptop> Namkce: No
[10:57:28] <rxu> so it works similar to unreadsearch
[10:57:30] <@paul|laptop> rxu: hmm, I suppose that should be the reason then
[10:57:30] <rxu>
[11:01:05] <rxu> but perhaps we should discuss the way it's going
[11:01:23] <rxu> maybe loginbox should go first
[11:04:23] <rxu> we could put loginboxes for egosearch and unreadposts search above the search permissions check for this
[11:04:56] <rxu> paul|laptop : could you file a ticket about this?
[11:05:04] <@paul|laptop> Sure
[11:07:03] <rxu> ok, thanks
