Spelling error in language/en/acp/forums.php (fix completed in vcs)

I'm translating 3.0.6 version language changes and came across this in language/en/acp/forums.php

   'ENABLE_QUICK_REPLY_EXPLAIN'   => 'If set to yes users get a quick reply box for this forum. If the global option for quick reply is disabled or the forum not postable to the quick reply box will not be displayed, even if set to yes here.',

There must be an error in the following part cause it does not make sense to me:
or the forum not postable to the quick reply box will not be displayed

JimA has already provided me a logical correction about this.. Can you confirm?
