Link "Test out user’s permissions" in ACP broken (fix completed in vcs)

The link "Test out user’s permissions" in the ACP module "manage users" doesn't work anymore in 3.0.6RC2 and the latest svn (10196), probably because the hash parameter is missing:
  • The working link on the profile page links to .../ucp.php?mode=switch_perm&u=54&hash=8bf8dccd
  • The broken link on the acp links to .../ucp.php?mode=switch_perm&u=54&sid=<sid>
