disable private message (fix completed in vcs)
In UCP I have set "Allow users to send you private messages" to no. But they can still send me PM though the send PM link found it viewtopic, profile and memberlist(but not through UCP - PM - Compose).

So they are able to click the link but actually not able to send?

The users sending are not a moderator or administrator? Since moderators and administrators are able to send PM's to users, even if they disabled receiving private messages (as been stated on the options explain text).

No the sending user is not a moderator or an administrator.

Confirmed. Registered user with no mod or admin privileges is able to send message to registered user who disabled PM.
