CAPTCHA fatally flawed to bot attacks (fix completed in vcs)
Given an infinite number of pictures depicting the same thing... any bot could easily extrapolate a common theme...

yes, on every reload, the same CAPTCHA.
The CAPTCHA should changed on every (re)load.
