Trainling whitespaces in langfile acp/common.php (fix completed in vcs)

Hi,

there are some trailing white spaces in following language keys of acp/common.php

LOG_BAN_EXCLUDE_USER
LOG_BAN_EXCLUDE_IP
LOG_BAN_EXCLUDE_EMAIL
LOG_BAN_USER

The other logging language keys don't have any whitespace at the end so I suppose it is a mistake. No big thing but it might confuse translators.
