Re: Legend Repositioning

Hey I have installed this on my forum and edited the files accordingly.

phpbb: 3.0.5

Style: Redstripe [Prosilver]

URL: http://desiforum.byethost5.com/forum/index.php

But when I go to my ACP>Users and Groups>Groups>Manage groups. I see the Legend Positioning table at the bottom. But when I press the UP or Down arrow, nothing happens and I just get a blank white page.

Can anyone help me out?

I recall experiencing this problem in the early developmental stages of this MOD, but it disappeared as the MOD came to completion. Just making sure, but did you run the included install_legend_repositioning.php file after doing the file edits? Also, could you please post a screenshot of your Manage groups panel from the ACP? One more thing: what web browser were you using? Thanks.

Hi

Yes, I had installed install_legend_repositioning.php. And I face this problem on Firefox 3.5 and IE 7. I get a plain blank page when I click the UP or Down arrow to move the group up or down respectively.

Please find screenshots:

I'm a bit dumbfounded here. Could you post the full URL from the address bar once you get to the blank page? I want to see something in the URL.

Code: Select all

^^^That's the URL you were asking for.

And on my forum index, the legend is already positioned according to the default position of the MOD.

Hey Tom, thanks for concern but I have reversed this MOD and installed this one:

http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=576823

This is working for me on 3.0.5

But I would be happy if you tell what was wrong in my previous MOD installation or why didn't it work if everything was fine.

Regards.
