You should not use that on a live board.

Let's suppose that the answer is nine.. Will both "nine" and "9" be correct?

No, the input is integer, I should have stated that right?

Im sorry to say so but even google calc can solve the SimpleMath

Eg:

ten minus 1

in a google search bar gives you the result:

http://www.google.com/search?q=ten+minus+1

So screenshots helped a bit, didn't they?

Well, actually, in this case the answer is wrong, since the correct one is "9"

Seriously, now, I have noticed that if your input in google calc:
First number integer==> the result is integer
First number is in text==> the result is text

Google can solve it, nevermind.
You can adjust the language-file and set what ever you want, for example images of the number or what ever. Write the numbers backwards or whatever :geek:

You also can add custom operations (aslong as there is a php-operation for it).

The problem is, that a result might be out of the defined numbers.
so max_number + max_number is not defined in the language file, else it would not be the max_result.
So there is not really a way to resolve that. And users might be confused, if 2+2 is four/4/IV, but 5+6 is not eleven/XI, but only 11

In this case bots would find it easier. But in the captcha plugin stating that "Your answer must be a number" solves the issue for normal users
