i appreciate any help so if you have some things improved by yourselve and you want to share it or you wanna help me develope this mod plz post in this topic or pn me, also report any things to be improved in this topic.

<change>fixed some bugs with the thumbs and images (temporary fix for now)</change>
<change>some code cosmetics in the php files</change>
<change>source images are shown now for the items</change>
<change>included bbcode option (to activate follow the diy-instructions, also this option will only work for videos uploaded after this update)</change>
<change>id from uploaded iems has changed to alphabetic from numeric</change>
<change>fixed some utf-8 bugs in the title and describtion when uploading an item</change>

i'm stuck in the comment part now.... don't know whats the problem.... it's the first mod in phpbb3 i took up and i need some help.... is there anybody who wants to help me?

But do you get the Ourtube MOD working?
I get this error when I try to enter a video:

Code: Select all: [phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /tube/index.php on line 218: require_once(Zend/Loader.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Or can you guys not get it working too?

you have to upload zend and define the directory in the acp....

Oke can you explain me what I have to write down on that line in ACP?
This is the way how my folder is on my server:

root/tube/ZendGdata-1.8.4/Zend

Is that OK or is that not correct?

hy,

here is the todo list up to now:

a few bugs have to be fixed in the acp
code cleanup, a few code changes have been made already
the commentsystem is in development (add/edit/delete comments)
maybe later on a mcp will be created
report video function
edit/delete describtion/title/video
improved permission system
modx 1.2.3 update

plz tell me if you find bugs to be fixed in the old version...

Hey, last night I grabbed the Ourtube 0.1.0 files and modified them to allow use without ffmpeg with these limitations:

Thumbnails must be created manually before video upload.
Videos must be converted to .flv format before upload.

I also fixed a significant bug in the ratings sql schema.

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in me further developing and releasing this cut back version while woipi90 works on the full version with video conversion.

hy dfcowell,

through so many people where asking in the previous thread of ourtube about this function i don't know if it wasn't even better to release it without the convertion tools because the least people can use it.
i wanna hear other comments on this though but i would like this idea to release ourtube without the convertion tools.

also if so i can creae a plugin for the converter lateron.
