[Tool] proSilver style editor (3.0.6)

Postby CyberAlien » Fri May 25, 2007 7:40 am

This isn't a proper style release, this is an online tool that allows you to change color scheme of proSilver style.

How does it work: you select a style, edit colors, click download button to download style.
Click here to edit prosilver style.

What can you do:
- *new* Select layout.
- Change color scheme. *new* You can enter color you want to convert style's colors to.
- Rename style, change directory.

In new version of tool you can select options. These options are below editor:

Currently available layouts:

1. Default prosilver:

2. Prosilver SE (designed by styles team, posted with permission):

Extra options:

1. You can select which side poster's profile will be at:
- Right side (like on this forum)
- Left side (see screenshot)

Have fun customizing prosilver and other styles! If you have any questions or suggestions, please post them in this thread.

Nice, but imo DarkBlue should be called DarkPurple or Purple

Style is for phpBB 3 RC1, it won't work with Beta 5.

Yep, it looked blue on my old laptop when I was posting that. Now on Mac I see colors differently.

Thanks CyberAlien, the styles look great. Only one problem, I'm trying to customize ProGreen via ColorizeIt and whenever I move the sliders, nothing happens or the preview turns into the default blue design. I'm trying to get more of a lime/yellow/green layout but it doesn't seem to work. Anything I'm doing wrong?

Try different browser. There are some problems with IE. Or maybe you are moving wrong slider

Hi

That's a cool tool. However, I can't figure out how to make it have a dark background. I like the new phpbb3 style but I have a dark portal and the whites just aren't cutting it.

Any ideas on how to make a DARK background PROsilver or ProGray?

Thanks again.

You can't. This tool lets you change only hue and saturation, not luminosity.

Maybe you should add that as a feature cyberalien... By the way, when is the site coming out of beta?

There will be new features, but only on final website, not on beta.
It will take a while to finish website, I'm not sure how long. Maybe a month, maybe less, maybe a little bit more.
