Install Help for a beginner with databases

Hi everyone

I'm a real begginer here and have been trying to install my message board now for over 8 hours straight and I haven't progressed anywhere.

I think I'm doing soething wrong with the upload of a database to my host server.

I'm getting the following error messages :
