Accidently emptied data in MYSQL "phpbb_themes"

Can someone provide me with the data contained in MYSQL "phpbb_themes"? I had a theme similar to the phpbb website.

I manually entered the data from "theme_info.cfg" via phpMyAdmin.

I had the exact same problem this morning as soon as I added the new patches for the admin hack exploit. Bingo! Up came that error.

My site was hacked last night and I came here looking for solutions. I found the new patch info on the home page, followed the link, and replaced the one line each in sessions.php & viewtopic.php per instructions. That's when I encountered the error which prevents me from getting access to the site.

After much head scratching, and restoring the old files, of course, I checked the 'themes' table in the database and notice the default theme was missing. I copied (inserted) that record recod back in from a recent backup and Presto!!... the issue seemed resolved!

BUT... one of the site's member's complained he was getting a similar error ("Template->make_filename(): Error - file does not exist") when trying to access the site. I logged off the site to (I normally just close the window) to re-log on as the member, then I immediately encountered the same error. I can't even get to a log-in screen and am locked out of my site.

At this point, I am stuck!! And haven't clue where else to proceed excpet to ask for assistance here. I tried doing a search on the test of the ewrror message, but the search option here just goes to an empty page... at least when I tried it several times.

Just in case the theme data is an issue, I've copied it below in case anyone can spot something I have missed.

I came across assistance and a solution in another topic... of which there seemed to be quite a few related to this issue.
