PHPBB Restore Problem

Is this a conversion/from what to what: no
Have you searched for your problem: yes
If so, what terms did you try: restore, "deleted forums"
State the nature of your problem:
After the database restore, any time the administrative account accesses the forums, all the posts are deleted. Sometimes, the entire forum is deleted as well. If a regular user accesses the forums, everything is fine in them.

Your database backup is too large to use the administration panel. Try bigdump.php instead

no, the backup is only 75k. I might should mention, however, that I didn't have a backup from within phpbb, but I do have a database backup that I imported through postgres. I would think that the two do the same things....

In that case, I would guess that it's only a structure backup.

My fault, I'm not being clear enough. I can guarantee that all data is in the backup when it is restored. You can actually access the forums and all the data is there. However, when the administrator account logs on and clicks on any forum, it completely deletes all posts in that forum. I've tried everything that I know to try (checking the script paths and all the internals like that), but no matter what I do, or how many restores I do on the database, everytime the administrator clicks on a forum, all posts in that forum are deleted.

The only saving grace is that it works fine for regular users...
