Banner Troubles :(

I cannot delete it because there isn't any buttons for me to delete it and also I can't add another banner up.Can some1 help me out please? When I go to administrator panel,then Configure Banner.I was wondering if there was a button for you to delete the previous banner but there isn't so I just pressed browse and selected my image and pressed 'submit'
Then the following came up:

Since you're on a free phpbb host there is nothing we can do to help you. Your host needs to fix this problem.

phpBB.com supports only versions that were downloaded from the phpBB.com website. Modded or pre-installed versions are not supported and you will have to contact your web host for any issues.
