can someone help me to fins all IPs from singapore & malaysia or tell me the ISP providers will do. I can't find them anywhere.

Can i have a list of all free e-mail providers? Going to ban them too. I am very sick and tired of this child's play from students in Singapore Polytechnic School of IT.

Can i have their host name and ISP provider from singapore polytechnic? How to find them and where to get them especially when these mad lunatics spoofed their IPs and mail accounts. They register into my forum using usernames like: banana boy, tua lam pa, chow chee bye and gan ni na bu chow chee bye.... Bla bla bla.......... <All vulguarities> Email address: banana@banana.net, tualampa@hothot.net, bla bla bla...

Worst come to worst, most of them keep using someone's e-mail address and the email address they used most often is bill@thinkpads.com. I don't know why they hate this man so much. Everyday, i see this email address registering into my forum. Tried talking to this Bill but he is very nasty in his words so i just banned his email address. If i am not wrong, these spammers/ trolls & flamers as they fitted into all these categories signed up gmail and all free email with my name and other people's name and start sending mails. How to ban these fishes?

Greetings William John, it sure seems you are having problems with these users. Firstly go to Admin Control Panel (acp) in your phpBB Forum,

In "General Admin" panel, click "Configuration"

"Enable Account Activation" click user.

"Enable Visual Confirmation" click "Yes"

Then scroll to the bottom and click "Submit"

Now for dealing with the emails. In some cases , as in mine, I can insert this directly into "Ban Control" in acp - User Admin" panel - "Ban Control"

*@thinkpads.*
*@banana.*
*@hothot.*

If you cannot add them there, then go to your phpmyadmin, select your database and click the sql tab at the top and enter this into the window.

Code: Select all

INSERT INTO phpbb_banlist (ban_email) VALUES ("*@thinkpads.*");

Code: Select all

INSERT INTO phpbb_banlist (ban_email) VALUES ("*@banana.*");

Code: Select all

INSERT INTO phpbb_banlist (ban_email) VALUES ("*@hothot.*");

and click go, all done.

With regards to your reply, I tried using your method but no use. They comeback with more mail accounts. I tried setting the configuration to admin but they come back with vulguar language. <sorry, i am not ranting> i hoped that i won't rub your nerves raw for asking this question. I am helpless so i come back here to beg for help.

I want to ban Singapore IP but i can't because one of my moderator is from singapore.

I need singaporeans help now. Brandon, please help me...

Ban IP, ban email, if still cannot work, then kill that forum of yours and move to another host with a different domain.

Use this to log their IP on registration and keep banning all their IP till the time when they finished using up all the proxies. Must be patient. <sigh!!!>
