jQuery Replace Broken Images

This MOD dynamically replaces broken (no longer available) images on your board with a custom graphics.
Unlike the onerror javascript methods, this is valid XHTML. To use a different image, simply replace images/404.png with an image of your choise. Some alternative images are bundled in contrib/ folder.
