Notify topic starter on moderator action
- Description

This MOD will notify a topic starter via PM when his/her topic is moved/deleted/locked.
- Automaticly send a PM to the topic starter when his/her topic is moved. The private message will contain a link to the topic which was moved, and a link to the new forum.
- Automaticly send a PM to the topic starter when his/her topic is deleted
- Automaticly send a PM to the topic starter when his/her topic is locked
- Gives the moderator the option to notify the topic starter or not.
- Ability to fill in a reason for moving/deleting/locking.
This MOD currently only supports prosilver styles
