subsilver2.xml attempts to edit

stylea/subsilver2/templates/ucp_register.html

which doesn't exist. This should be

styles/subsilver2/templates/ucp_register.html

Not quite right yet. It now reads

<open src="style/subsilver2/templates/ucp_register.html">

where it should be:

<open src="styles/subsilver2/template/ucp_register.html">

Note "style -> styles" and "templates -> template"
