Topic Age Warning

This MOD displays a warning to members when they attempt to reply to a topic that has had no replies for a specified amount of time. This MOD is fully customizable via the ACP.
NOTE: Only users without moderator permissions in the forum in which the user is trying to post will see the warning (Administrators that do not have moderator permissions will see the warning).
NOTE 2: This MOD only works (by default) with the native quick reply built into phpBB. I will work on compatibility with other quick reply MODs in the future.
