Here is the prosilver graphics development kit with most of the images you need.
Please note we are using Helvetica Neue LT Std (generally 55 Roman, 57 Condensed and 75 Bold). You will probably not have the font available on Windows operating system, in this case you can simply use Arial, it will look almost the same as Arial is a shameless copy of Helvetica Neue. If your Mac operating system has also problems with the fonts, just replace them with your standard Helvetica, we are using a commercial OpenType version internally.
Please note that the GDK files fall under the same non-GPL license as the old one (see license.txt).
