- Do you ship to anywhere in the world?
- Of course! phpBB is worldwide, so Bertie must be worldwide too!
- If I pre-order, how long will it take for my Bertie to arrive?
- Bertie is making his way back to Earth having conquered Olympus on Mars and then needs to be cloned (in a top-secret location!) to form a new army… the bears are expected to be ready for shipping in Spring '08. Beat that NASA!
- What is the physical size of Bertie?
- Bertie is a perfectly formed 28cm (11") tall when seated and 42cm (16.5") in full.
- Can I order more than one?
- Sure can! Each Bertie is sent out separately, so if you want us to handle posting them to friends & family, be sure to put the correct recipient name and address with each order.
- What method of payment do you accept?
- Payments are proccessed via PayPal, though you can pay with a credit or debit card without the need to create a PayPal account (if you do not have one already).
- I have pre-order though have now changed my mind… what am I entitled to?
- PayPal allows the processing of refunds (including transaction fees) up to 60 days from the date the original payment was sent. If Bertie has already been received, the parcel must be returned un-opened to phpBB, where once confirmed received, phpBB will issue a refund.
- What safety approvals has Bertie got?
- Bertie is "CE" marked and conforms to British Standards BS5665 and European Community EN71. His eyes are of the safety lock-in type. Due to natural pile loss, they are not recommended for children under 18 months.
