Years ago I implemented 3 UCP modules:
- Post edit reasons: list all posts which have an edit reason and where the last editor is not the user himself or where the user edited a post not his own.
- Topic tracker: list all user's topics which were subject to moderation (moved/merged/deleted).
- Reports: list all reports which were either created by the user or where the report reason is "offline/gone/broken" and the user is the post author.
I'm pretty sure nobody is using them at all. Almost nobody is reading edit reasons either, and when moderation is needed for every third post or more we point users to that module and they either ignore it or were unaware of its existence. And then there are moderators who don't use the edit reason in most cases.
Your idea is good, but I'm very sure you're like 1 in 250 who would even notice instead of ignoring it.
