I tried re-editing the auth.php file three times but still the same error... wat do u mean by the fact that I forgot the SQL parts?

I contacted my site support... they say PHP is ENABLED on the site. But I have windows hosting and it doesnt work right or something and I have to make some kind of changes before the PHP files can work... I'm confused lol

Hmm just showed up with the source code... yet it says php is enabled.... maybe I can change the settings somewhere. Thanx for ur help though.

It should... but I'll check. I dont remember it saying that it couldnt support php... is there any other forum that is similar to PHP BB that doesnt use PHP?

Uhh I'm not sure wat I'm doing wrong.. it all seems right to me but wat I did was I uploaded all the files that I downloaded and put em up on my site and then opened the install.php file but it just opens it up as a text document not as an actual webpage. Did I do something wrong? Also I wasnt able ...
