If you want to update the translation for your language from an old version, best apply to become a translator. you will then get access to an internal forum that has a diff posted for each version. That's the easiest way to get a track of the changes in the default language.
There is no direct big diff available fo what you need, you will have to work along one after the other, or create a diff from the GitHub project yourself.
I have collected the diff files for each phpBB update into zip files - if you are trying to upgrade an old translation, you can go through these one by one.
