Re: [DEV] Attach Mod

I went ahead and updated the current attach mod to work with PHPBB 3.1.5. The current method however is still not a PHPBB Extension and requires manual editing of php files, but it does work. You can download version 0.0.4 from HERE . What I recommend is to manually do the edits as outlined in the i...

I agree with you 100%. Let's hope the PHPBB Development Team agrees with us as well.

Re: [DEV] Attach Mod

Any luck turning this into a Extension for phpbb 3.1 ? Unfortunately no. The problem is the new events list does not provide an event for file name and location manipulation. So either we will have to keep doing this the way we are now or the development team of phpbb needs to add some events for t...

Re: [RC] Attachments in subfolders

... Creating extension now is impossible. Event list has no events used for attachments. Sorry for my english :) Unfortunately the more I look the more I am coming to the same conclusion as you. Maybe we can request that the PHPBB Development Team add an event for attachments? http://area51.phpbb.c...

Re: [DEV] View Attachments

Hello All, This is just an update to let everyone know that I intend on upgrading this Attachment Mod to the new phpbb 3.1 / Symfony2 / MVC Extension format as soon as I figure out how the new extension system works, so stay tuned! In the meantime if anyone else wants to help contribute to this mod ...

Re: export forum to text or html pages ?

This is a good temporary solution, but has a lot of overhead. There is also an existing mod that creates an archive section for your forum, but it doesn't seem to save it for offline viewing:

Re: [RC]Remote File Attachment Upload

For anyone else reading this thread, the download link no longer works, but it looks like the mod was released and can be downloaded here:

Re: Discuss: phpBB 3.1 Alpha1 Preview Release

Congratulations to the whole PHPBB Team. I always thought that the old/existing Modding System was holding regular PHPBB updates by Webmasters back. It was/is also a huge pain for Mod Authors such as myself to go fishing for code every time we want to write even the simplest of Mods. I will start te...

I assume you are referring to the Like Post part of it? The functionality of this code is fine, but the GUI and the coding of it itself is what needs work.

I have installed this mod (yes I know its in development) AND the "like post" options that another user posted and it is here that I have on tiny flaw from it being perfect.
