Reset your DB password in WAMP. It's now set to something when it was empty before, apparently. Either that or your DB user doesn't have access to the DB.

Are you saying that you don't want people to be able to quote the original post?

In the Admin Panel, under Board Configuration, select Visual confirmation settings. On that page, enable YES to "GD CAPTCHA" and see if that resolves the issue.

If you download the modification it most likely has instructions for installing it. If you have any questions just post them in the topic or contact your host for helping install it.
