I downloaded the descriptive timezone mod, and I need to edit PCP so it uses keys like $lang['tz']['0'] for the timezone selection menu, rather than keys like $lang['0'].

This shouldn't be incredibly hard.

So when the board is disabled, administrators can use it like it's still on.

In practice it destroys the ability to set the permissions for a whole category at once. At least when I tried it that is.
