Re: phpBB 3.2.7 on HTTPS "forgets" user when follow hyperlink inside forum

Hi Mick,

It seems that you were right. After correcting the cookie name, deleting all the forum cookies it seems that is behaving properly.

Thank you for your "quick fix"! :D

Kind Regards,
Lucian

Re: Repair or delete missing topics

Hello Brf, Thank you for your suggestion. This would be helpful if I know exactly which are the topics involved and I don't trust 100% on that tool that report broken links and not all of them are similar to the reported problem. To concentrate only on this particular problem, is there a way to iden...

Hello Everyone, I've recently discovered using some "broken links" tool that I have some missing posts/topics. Even my current board version is 3.2.7 this problem could be as old as my first install o phpBB, because the missing topic I've detected is dated "Mar Feb 08, 2011". The "broken link" repor...

Re: Upgrade from 3.2.5 to 3.2.7: "The installer detected a timeout" error

Sorry... I have found the solution. :D

Just deleted the store/install_config.php and the update process was started from beginning. Now I have selected the proper option "direct file access" and the update was successfully.

Upgrade from 3.2.5 to 3.2.7: "The installer detected a timeout" error

Hello, I have tried to use "automatic update" option, downloaded the package "Download phpBB 3.2.5 to 3.2.7 Update Package (zip)" but in the update process I have mistakenly choose the FTP option without completing anything in the FTP fields. Now I'm "stuck" on the "Update files" section with no cho...

I saw you're using PHP 5.4, beware that phpBB 3.2 needs at least 5.4.7 ;)
Thank you for mentioning, I have checked my PHP version and it seems to be 5.4.45 so it should be ok.

Re: A lot of PHP Warning errors until I could not logon on my forum

So Mick , with other words you say that starting with the new 3.2.2 version I have to learn how to tweak more on the PHP settings?... or is better to revert back to the older verison 3.0.12 that was functioning without any problem? I've just upgraded only because security concerns and be "updated".....

Re: A lot of PHP Warning errors until I could not logon on my forum

Hello Mick and thank you for your message, but could you be more specific - which parameter should be changed and what value should have. I could tell the provider but I have to tell them exactly and also to verify afterwards if they really set the correct value... ;)
