Re: Help Me Change Styles, It Doesn't Work

Are you changing the style in the ACP? If you do not have the 'override user style' set to Yes, the user defined style in his or her User Control Panel will be used.

Re: Create tables in a post

For reference, the s9e TextFormatter, which is used by phpBB, has a PipeTables plugin.
We have created an extension that allows you to enable this plugin.
In there you can also see an example of how tables could look.

Re: need html in my posting

And if you mean that you've created a custom BBCode and it is not rendered when you use it creating a post, it probably means you are not adhering to the rules for the BBCode. So for example, if you use characters that are not allowed in {SIMPLETEXT} , it will not be parsed and just show up as [cc]Y...

Re: Exam/Education Extension

You are requesting a huge extension. Which is not that likely to get picked up, just so you know.

Re: Avoiding htmlspecialchars()

Out of curiousity, what needs to be escaped in the URL in the first place?
There is the base domain name (with potential subfolders), okay, but they should already be valid.
Then you have the regular link and add a message id, which sounds like it is an integer.

Re: [3.2][RC] Dice rolls

Any test environment is appreciated.
WAMP Server is fine to use.
And I suppose the more extensions, the better, to ensure compatability.

Re: [3.2][BETA] Advanced Points System

The check event listener still needs some work. I did manage to get the errors to show up locally. There are some missing braces in there aswell. We know that 0 is considered as false , that's why we use strict checks. This isn't our first rodeo. Anyways, all of this will be fixed in the next releas...

Re: [3.2][BETA] Advanced Shop System

Your host is probably also using some sort of caching. I've heard many troubles with LSCache and the likes. But that might be causing the issue.

Perhaps we can add a setting to automatically purge the cache after file changes in the shop, for your convenience.

Re: [3.2][BETA] Advanced Shop System

This is mostlikely expected behaviour. You probably do not have a minimum points value set for the Advanced Points System. In ACP > Extensions > Advanced Points System > Settings you can set a minimum points limit to 0 . If there is no limit set, it can go negative aswell. This was done so administr...

Re: phpBB 3.2.8: twitter oauth issue

Sure, I'll create it. I'll immediately add it to my OAuth clean up PR aswell. I am not a fan of using the sql_build_array for WHERE clauses, but I guess that's just my preference. So the most logical way is to just cast the values to (string) , that will fix it aswell. Moreover, I will first await t...

Re: phpBB 3.2.8: twitter oauth issue

The query that errors is located way higher in the oauth.php file (not the linked to by rxu): https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/blob/3.2.x/phpBB/phpbb/auth/provider/oauth/oauth.php#L226 The problem with this is, is that the WHERE clause is build with $this->db->sql_build_array() . Which in turns valida...
