OK, if this file is the only one you changed before the errors came, then it has to be a mistake some where. If all else fails , just upload a fresh copy of the file to get back to normal and then start again. luck, robert before I made the changes in the text, I removed the option of a person unde...

if you get errors it is because you made a mistake in your edits 1. only edit what is in between the single quotes ( 'text' 2. all of your text must be on one line, do not use the carriage return or enter key when typing, put it all on one long line. 3. If you use any quote marks , single or double...

I was wondering, how would I change the terms of agreement and change the registration options with I agree or do not agree?

Thanks so much! :)

Trouble downloading from phpbb site

When I try to download the zip files (i.e. phpBB 2.0a or a mod) on the php site and attempt to extract the files, I get the message 'no flies to extract'. Then I try to open it as soon as I download it, I receive the message zip file or corrupted file. Is there another way to download these files?? :?

Why not? Use the resource tips I gave and have a go. Study how the FAQ one works, and modify that to achieve the same for the TOA, the documentation in the Knowledgebase will show you which things are what is changed... hint: the text is stored as a $variable. Then put it up on the Beta board so ot...

Does this mean you're going to do it? You have the idea, the Knowledgbase contains reference to where the agreement text is stored and how to change the age level, and the FAQ MOD gives you the manner in which to adjust the files/database from the screen. So go for it, I look forward to seeing the ...

A mod to edit TOA

Like the mod to edit the FAQ section of the forum, I think there should be a mod where you can edit the Terms of Agreement portion. The mod could allow an admin to edit terms according to the type of forum they have (i.e. an art forum could write about a copyright and other terms. The mod can also a...

I did (to the best of my knowledge) follow the instructions of the readme and other files and so far I was able to install the mod however, when I click on the mod help or the other option as well as try to read a topic on the forum, I get this message and I am not sure if I should go to that locati...
