Re: Hide Birthdays if no birthday

Hello :)

You can change the IF-statement in the front-end template file to achieve this without affecting other extensions.

Open: /styles/*/template/index_body.html

Find:

Code: Select all

<!-- IF S_DISPLAY_BIRTHDAY_LIST -->
Replace with:

Code: Select all

<!-- IF S_DISPLAY_BIRTHDAY_LIST and BIRTHDAY_LIST -->

Re: putting a banner code in the header

Hello :) It looks like you might actively be modifying the template at the moment, as a new banner has appeared in the header in the last few minutes. In any case, there's some funky things going on in your code. To center a banner and apply a margin to the top/bottom, you can use: <div style="text-...

Re: banners on mobile version

Additionally, you could wrap your ad code with:

Code: Select all

<div class="something"> * your ad code here * </div>
Then in a stylesheet (bottom of common.css), add:

Code: Select all

.something img {
    max-width: 100%;
}

Re: Whatever happened to Avalanche?

Too little, too late. It's been in the works for quite a while now. Guess you'll have to completely revamp your styles once the new one comes out. Yeah I'd always expected that to be the case. It's definitely something I can personally work around, but needing to un-do a bunch of flashy default sty...

Hello :)

Style changes should be instant. After making a change, you need to refresh your browser cache (Ctrl + F5) to see the changes.

Re: faq manager

Neat idea, but my opinion is there's a bigger problem that needs solving. Personally I don't think the FAQ page holds much value any more, and lots of the content would be more fitting in either documentator, or, re-worked UI that makes things more self-intuitive. One possible solution could be to r...

Re: Whatever happened to Avalanche?

KomiDesign removed their portfolio due to the owner's career change.

I'm hoping to roll out a theme that was similar in design in the next few months. Until then, I would highly recommend the Milk Theme :mrgreen:

Re: How to remove particular elements of UI?

Hello :)

For the header: navbar_header.html

For the login form, logged in user list and online stats it's index_body.html, specifically everything from line 18-75.

The credit line is in overall_footer.html, so you're safe to edit the above without risking the credit line :)
