Re: Archive extensions and styles that do not have support anymore?

Valid point, though very difficult to enforce. I think it's generally assumed that Free Style Authors have no incentive to provide support for their styles, but you'll rarely have support issues with premium styles :) I sent you mail about premium but you have not even responded to me at mail :-D W...

Re: Remove Rank Title

Hello :) As the system checks for a title when creating a rank (and won't let you proceed without one), you'll need to remove the code that makes this check. Thus, allowing you to bypass it and create a new 'normal' rank using only a rank image, whilst still letting you define a rank title for your ...

Re: style inheritance flickering

Hi Andreas, Interesting. When a style uses 'inheritance', only the template files are inherited. The CSS is loaded from whichever style you're using. So it sounds like a problem with CSS overrides taking too long to kick in. If you're able to upload your forum to a test server, we'll be able to have...

Re: Add location in mobile view?

Indeed, location is added through the custom fields. Awesome that you've been able to figure this out :)

Best of luck with your forums!

Re: Forum titel and description center align

Sorry for the delay :)

Add this to line 149 of content.css:

Code: Select all

/* Forum name / desc vertical alignment tweak */
li.row dl.row-item dt .list-inner {
	padding-top: 8px;
}

Re: Add location in mobile view?

Hello :) In viewtopic_body.html, find: <!-- EVENT viewtopic_body_postrow_rank_after --> After, add: <dd style="clear: both; margin: 0; display: none;" class="responsive-show">Something</dd> This will only show your content in the responsive layout in the location you chose. If you'd like it to show ...

Re: Logo - in CSS

Exactly... I have logo of cca 200 × 40 and if I zoom page, then it is just zoomed like picture, not recalculated... It would be nice, to create logo in svg (I can do it with Inkscape), but maybe svg isn't supported on every end user browser(?) While css will be supported in every browser. It's a cl...

Re: Logo - in CSS

What sort of benefit would you expect from an image created in css I'm curious as to what the point is over just making a jpg as usual. Presumably if the OP is looking for a text-based logo with an effect they linked to (eg: Shadow, 3D, emboss etc),using pure CSS will be quicker to process, but als...

Re: Custom BB javascript, help needed.

In your use case, the custom BBCode you need to add (Via the 'Posting' tab -> BBcodes) could be:

BBCode:

Code: Select all

[captcha][/captcha]
HTML Replacement:

Code: Select all

<div data-captcha-enable="true"></div>
I'm unsure what end goal you're trying to achieve, but this will achieve what you've asked for in this topic :)

Your forum contains subject matter that I fundamentally oppose.

I won't be able to help you.

Re: Can you make a banner responsive to mobile screens using HTML only?

Are you able to share a link to your forum?

It'll probably be easier to see what's going on and to recommend a fix :)

Re: Can you make a banner responsive to mobile screens using HTML only?

Hi, Can I ask what the end goal you're trying to achieve is? I can see the iFrames load vertical banners. Where would you like them displayed on desktop, and where would you like them displayed on mobile? Additionally can you explain the CSS limitation? Although you don't have access to edit the CSS...
