Hi all. This looks like a nice little file, but I was wondering - What do I do if I am upgrading from a version before 2.0.13? Are there more documents like this, anddo I have to go through each one before I reach .14?

Well I have found the replacement code in bbcode.php... // matches a [url]xxxx://www.phpbb.com[/url] code.. $patterns[] = "#\[url\]([\w]+?://[^ \"\n\r\t<]*?)\[/url\]#is"; $replacements[] = $bbcode_tpl['url1']; // [url]www.phpbb.com[/url] code.. change a specific url on the fly?

Hi,

Anyone know how I can do this?

If a user posts a specific URL in their posts eg. www.thisdomain.com/blah.html, I want it to be changed to www.thisdomain.com/blah.html?ref=site on the fly.

Thanks,
T.

It's getting very hard to search through posts for support here. :( Anyway, hope someone sees this: I installed PCP a few months ago, and my users are reporting two problems: 1) When you ignore someone, you can see any post in a thread, but only up until the person you have ignored. Then the rest of...

If you want month and year, simply do this: Replace '200501' with the year/month string of choice. By converting the post_time to a string you will lose the index (if you have one) on that field, but it's probably the easiest and most obvious way to run the query. If you don't have a massive amount...

thanks, I think it's clicked and I seem to have a functioning bit of code... but instead of setting the second value as the 1st Feb, I am doing it as 31st Jan - ie. 31 days after the first month value. i dont know how suitable this is for months with less than 31 days, but it seems to be working, an...

I know it's on the tip of my brain, but i think im getting old because I can't figure out how to do this... I'm ok with the query now: WHERE post_time LIKE 'UNIX_TIMESTAMP_HERE'"; ..but, for example, how do I get Jan 2005 into a usable variable for this case? Do I have to convert Jan 1st 2005 to a u...

I like this, but I need further functionality - Can you add some code which searches for specific months? eg Jan2004 or March2003 etc. I can't get my head round this epoch time, and how to get months selected from it.
Thanks.

Well I did read up on timestamps, unix and otherwise, but I think my head just got a bit crowded that day and I couldnt see an easy way to do this - even though I've done MYSQL stuff many times, it's not that often so I don't keep up to scratch... Of course I forgot about using LIKE so I'll chuck th...

MYSQL question: Selecting topics in a specific month?

Hi peeps, it's been a while. :) I have a topics list which outputs all the topics, from the most recent one descending, 200 at a time. I want to change this so I can have a page of topic titles from a specific month (eg Jan 2004), but I can't get my head round the phpbb timestamp thing, and how to s...
