I did run that, now i get the following message for my defined groups

The requested usergroup does not exist.

but they do exist. Any ideas?

Reading through, you say lefty that you support BBCode but not html within the announcements. I tried running a [table] [tr] structure but it does not recognize the bbcode. Is there an extension to accept this or an area where I can modify it?

I noticed a Usergroups tab under a user's UCP area. I don't want them to be able to see or manage this, where can I remove the code or disable it?

ACP > System > Module Management > User Control Panel >
Just delete one of them
