Re: adding soial sites buttons to the profile area

because thats how it works. without integration into the app itself it does not know anything about the posts just scraps the page info. instead have a look at the following extension viewtopic.php?f=616&t=2435671&p=1480965 ... #p14809656

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

Ok wanted to fully address the feedback now that I have properly had time to look over things. First I have not iterated on this yet. This was just a quick through together. I still need to work order and priority but that requires some research and testing...currently I am reworking the project str...

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

As crizzo said this has nothing to do with usage or stats! It just organizes design and dev to ensure we test all the devices

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

all component are built with a focus first for mobile Bear in mind that not everyone uses a mobile device. Do you have any statistics on the use of mobile v non mobile devices for phpBB users to justify that assertion? What? All components are always and should be built mobile first it is a common ...

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

all component are built with a focus first for mobile. Also that component is for quick editor for now. As I am currently working on the topic page...When I work on a page I flush out all the components for that page. Once I get to the dedicated page for the editor we have more room to play with and...

Re: Are there any "non-responsive" styles for 3.2.x

Not that I am aware of (and if it did exist it probably would not pass validation) You can try this OPEN styles/prosilver/there/stylesheet.php /* phpBB3 Style Sheet -------------------------------------------------------------- Style name: prosilver (the default phpBB 3.2.x style) Based on style: O...

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

well not really a good example as there are those with HUDs in there car for this very reason. However I would say that there is probably some poor usecase design involved in those sites. It can be jaring if not done correctly. But there are usecases and proper ways to use it. This is one of them. Y...

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

The editors will be fixed to the bottom with the page content scrollable behind it how hard or easy will it be to not have it like this? for me, i actually avoid sites that have things fixed in place like this. even things like the navbar fixing itself to the top of a page when you scroll down is e...

the imageset? it should already be red? if all you want is the link and description to be red just like the imageset then undo everything that was previously done above... and add the following to the bottom of your themes custtom css file or at the bottom of colours.css .forum_unread .forum-desc, ....

Re: highlight forums with new posts

the forum name is a link and it has a class of forumtitle as you have it there the problem is specificity of the a tag is probably trumping it so add !important after color: red like so

Code: Select all

.forum_unread a.forumtitle {
    color: red !important;
}

Re: change background image at every refresh

use this as a reference viewtopic.php?f=591&t=2511206

you need to create an array of the images and change the property from backgroundColor to backgroundImage
